Field Journal Starter
Write down one sound, one smell, one texture, and one thing that changed while you were outside. Rangers use notes like that to compare conditions over time.
Safe Explorer Rules
Stay with your group, leave rocks and bones where you find them, and use marked trails, maps, and park signs during every visit.
Night Sky Prompt
Count how many stars you can see from a safe open area, then compare your notes with the park's dark-sky and night-sounds pages.
Flip the park cards and match the animal icons. Match all four pairs to complete your wildlife notebook.
Watch the station lights, then repeat the route in order. Each round adds one more stop to the relay map.
